River Jewels was created through friendship and the joy of creating jewelry for women who love uniqueness.

Every piece is handmade by me, inspired into designing pieces from glass beads, gemstones or other mediums such as polymer clay or resin. Creating pieces that I hope will inspire you to find your unique piece.

When you buy a handmade piece of jewelry. much thought and care have gone into the making of the piece, not massed produced in a factory, but in a spare room in the home or a shed converted into a studio space. Handmade jewelry is a piece of art, made with intention, creativity and care and is unlike anything that you'll find in a department store.

My Inspiration Behind River Jewels

River Jewels was founded on friendship, with my friend Rita, introducing me to jewelry making, which inspired my creativity to create one-of-a-kind jewelry. My jewelry is a way of connecting with originality, creativity and authenticity.

When I look back on what my jewelry was like when I first started and how it has evolved over time. I am amazed at the pieces that I have sold over the years, that are worn by women who valued handmade pieces, that weren't perfect, but they loved the piece. Photos were poor and I did not have a website.
